Update line if a cell has specific value

Hi
I have a large sheet of data and some of the lines are corrupted, that is some of them are the right values multiplied by x2,x3 and so on.
I want to be able to update the value of the corrupted lines, for example if cell c5 is equal to 10, but should be equal to 5, i want to divide all the cells in line 5 by 2.
Is there any way i can do this to a whole table?

Attach a sample workbook.

Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.

There is no picture and what is required is a file/workbook not image.
