I have attached a spreadsheet that includes grades. Column F needs to be the grade that is needed in M4 for the Avg of M1, M2, M3, & M4 to be 65%. Let me know if anymore information is needed. Thanks for all of your help!

And if 65% cannot be reached: French M$ requires score of 146.
Basic formula
=260-SUM(B2:D2)
However, it looks like some Grades are to excluded e.g. M1 & M2 in "Tech Ed" (?)

Grades in school. I suppose these all be in percentages but I didn't do it that way. So by grade, I guess I mean what number is needed to reach 65.
Yes, that's okay.
We need to identify excluded grades: leaving them blank will not work e.g. M3 and M4 in Art
That is correct and M3 & M4 for Art.
Can the formula for those two rows just be different? Only to include the 2 corresponding columns?
