Auto Logging Cell Info

Hello all!
I have an excel function that is pulling data from an online source, and the data refreshes automatically every hour.
My issue is, I cannot figure out how to automatically log the new data without manual copy/paste.
i.e. Cell A1 refreshes every hour with a new number. I would like cell A1 to be copied to A2 (with timestamp in B2), then next hour A1 copied into A3 with timestamp, and so on.

Is this possible?

Try this in the WorkSheet level module. Currently presuming Sheet1 :

As value of cell A1 changes, the time stamp auto pastes.
