I have no idea why but the conditional formatting is in error
I have used the=match formular to include a series of condition but one of the cell was unexpected hightlighted

You have two conditional formatting rule.
please delete one ->>> select the conditional formatting data then press ->>> Alt->>O->>>D now delete which one you don't need.

Don't forget to mark threads as "Solved" (Thread Tools->Mark thread as Solved)
You match with "F33" to "F38" & second condition match with "A5"
Why need "A5" where as you already matching with "F33:F38"
Delect cf "A5" rules.
