Index and Match formulas for three different data sets

    Hi all,

I am trying to create a file which reads 3 different types of data from 3 worksheets and plots it against the week selected in master sheet.

Example file attached. I know this requires index and match formulas but I am unable to finish it.
It also requires a 4 wk and 12wk average calculations and I tried using the offset/average formula but it didnt work.

    Help please!

You will need to unmerge cells in D, put product in each of the 3 cells, if you want to drag down the formula.
