Hi, I am looking to use Excel 2013 to provide a printable 1 page report that includes a percentage number for up to 72 numbered locations (must stay in numerical order on a different sheet), only if there is a value there. This report will be run during the beginning of a month with data from the previous month entered in the corresponding month column on the sheet. I have set up formulas on the report sheet to display the correct month in question as a text field and the current year. I would love to be able to set up a formula to use that info to select the correct month column on the data input sheet. On the report sheet I want to have the percentages sorted from largest to smallest, and have two columns next to the location number with the corresponding title and location name (text fields set up in data input sheet). Also on the same line I want to count the number of consecutive months in a row that the location has a value reported, and also the total number of months in the current year that have a value reported. Again, I need this report sorted by largest percentage to smallest percentage, only if there is a value in the data input sheet. I can send a copy of my workbook but it contains sensitive data so I can not post it publicly. I am confused if I need to use INDEX MATCH or VLOOKUP or set up a Macro to do multiple steps to make this happen. I have basic Excel knowledge but this is way beyond me. Thank you in advance!
