Assuming your output is in row 2 and your source data is in columns K and L try this array entered formula in the first cell of the summary. Fill down and across until you get blanks. If .you aren’t familiar with array-entered formulas array enter means the formula must be committed from edit mode by simultaneously pressing and holding down Ctrl and Shift while hitting Enter.Formula:

EDIT I just noticed the expected output has only 3 returns. It appears that you wish to not include UserName "RAM ...." If that is true try this array entered formula instead.Formula:Please Login or Register to view this content.

Thank you for your response! got your editted formula thats exactly what i needed, just for understanding will the formula also exclude if any name start with RAM like "Ramirez Gonzalez" ?

Yes. Put a "-" after RAM like this "RAM-". The formula will not include Ramirez Gonzales.
Should you have any hyphenated names that start that way the formula will need some extra steps. Do you have any of those?
Yes we may have hyphenated names as well like "Kris-David Montervil", "Tymari Freeman-Washington" etc.
Those won't be a problem. It is only if they begin "Ram-". ie the first four characters.
