    How to calculate Early, OnTime and Late Deliveries using an expected delivery window

    B = Expected Delivery Start
    C = Expected Delivery End
    E = Actual Delivery arrival

    - all times are military times
    - midnight is displayed as 00:00 instead of 24:00 ( so sometimes I get a negative time)
    - times do not include dates
    - any delivery time within the window is ONTIME
    - any delivery time before the start is EARLY TO WINDOW
    - any delivery time after the end is LATE TO WINDOW

    Expected Expected
    Expected Window Window Actual Actual

    Where should the formula go - column G? Which time are we working with - column E or F?

    B = Expected Delivery Start
    C = Expected Delivery End
    E = Actual Delivery arrival time

    Formula should go in column G.

    Also, if possible I need to (1) take into consideration the expected and actual delivery dates and when the times cross midnight. Row 22 is a good example.
