Hi
What changes do you suggest to the workbook
cheers
This had slipped my mind - sorry. I'll have a look shortly.
I'm sorry - I've run out of time today. Hopefully someone else will be able to help.
Hi Ali
plz have a look at spreadsheet if you have a minute
thanks
Sorry - I did and I was not able to find a solution for you.
Hi,
Take a look at the attached spreadsheet.
I had to modify your lookup table and develop a crazy formula to return the results.
Give it a critical look and let me know if you need help with it.
Cheers
Here is another option that also changes the arrangement of the tables on the 'Fitness Rating' Sheet.
The array entered formula* that populates column G on the 'Main' sheet is:Formula:Please Login or Register to view this content.
*Array entered formulas are confirmed by pressing CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER to activate the array, not just ENTER. You will know the array is active when you see curly braces { } appear around your formula. If you do not CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER you will get an error or a clearly incorrect answer.

Tx @Southward, you have been kind. been testing it, does throw some errors.
Thank you @JeteMc, the solution is working flawlessly.
Great Community !..Cheers
