Adding Calculated Field to PivotTable

I'm wanting to add a field (which I've kind of done so far with the "Count of Compliance Rate") to my pivottable that automatically calculates Hands Washed/Total Observations. Once I get into the calculated fields options I'm kind of at a loss. Any help would be very appreciated, thanks
