Hi
I need to create a formula that will produce an employees salary.
The salary is determined by pay grade, pay zone, and target bonus %.
The finished product should function like:
-Input Job Code
-Formula produces salary for that Job Code
I have attached a workbook with the relevant info/tables.
Help with this would be most appreciated.
