    Help With Vlookup formula anyone?

    Hey guys thanks in advance,
Iv attached a link in the end to the sample sheet Im having issues with.
Im trying to create a formula that pulls out information from a table based on a different cells information, in my case
im trying to match all the names (B4) that are in A certain "status" (cell A4 - see sheet).

The main issues that im having using vlookup are.

1.Im not sure this is the right formula for the task haha.
2.in some cases the formula pulls the data but duplicates it
3.the data is pulled but not the way I need. ( all the names that match the "status" mentioned)
4.Im not sure, but Maybe because im ust=ing validation data something is going wrong

**there are 2 methods iv made to the formula each represent the issues, they are just different approaches to the result im trying to achieve **

thanks a lot in advance to all, cheers,
    Osher,

Try this formula in H5 for Method A of your sample and drag down
    Formula: copy to clipboard

On the sample sheet you provided, if you look at the formulas, the cell ranges changed as they were copied/dragged to the other cells.
Method B has the same issue...it needs the $ in front of the column and row numbers.

I am glad the filter logic was helpful (=FILTER(B4:B11,A4:A11="Completed")
