Auto populate calendar from a table

Hello everyone

i have a small problem but can't seem to have it work.

i have a table of appointments with Date time and Location.

i need to populate 2 calendars ( 1 per location) with the name of the company coming (i need the name of the company to be place at the correct time slot).

Organisation Name	Day	Time	Location
Alpha	2	11:00	Location 1
Gamma	1	12:00	Location 2
Hotel	1	12:00	Location 2

if 2 apointments are booked at the same time, i need the cell to accept both as i can book up to 4 appointments at the same time
