Conditional formatting challenge

The way you have set up the conditional formatting is a little unusual.

In both sheets, your formatting rule that turns the cell red checks for a match with cell $C$8. In AAPL, cell $C$8 contains a down arrow. So all cells with a down arrow turn red. On sheet STMP, cell $C$8 contains an up arrow, so all the up arrows turn red.

I would fix this by referring to Sheet2!$A$226 instead of $C$8.
