Printing the report of list of persons

Hi all,

We have 1000+ employees in our organization. Need help in getting print of a report (of each individual) which is linked from list.

In the attached file I have 3 sheets (Report, Casual & PW). Casual & PW contains the list of persons and Report is what I need to take print. I have to take print of all the individuals.

what I know is changing the SAP No.(Personal Number) in Report sheet and taking print. This is a tedious job since we have 1000+ employees.

Pl. help me in finding a way to get the print of all the persons (of the list) in one go.
