Hi,
I can't watch your video at work since that site is blocked, but you can use a pivot table to easily summarise your data.

Hi,
Thanks for your help but I didn't get it to work.. :/
Which data sheet and which columns are you interested in?
I'm interested in the following columns:
Worksheet (Magento)
- SKU
- Name
Worksheet (Google Analytics)
- Page views
I thereby want a new "worksheet" with the following columns:
- Sku
- Name
- Page views
So I can identify how many times each SKU have been visited. But in the worksheet (Google Analytics) each product (URL) can appear a couple of times. I'm not in a hurry, I would very much appreciate if you can take a look at it when you have seen the video And thank you for quick answer.
Did you solve it?
I'm afraid I have not had time to look at it at home. I will endeavour to remember this evening.
To be clear here, I am not seeing what links info on Magneto with Google Analytics page, whats the identifier between the two?
It sounds like to me like you want a SUMIF or SUMIFS, or some variation that does a similar thing. However to do this or to do a VLOOKUP you need something that links the 2 sets of data together, some identifier and I cant make one out.
As you pointed out VLOOKUp only grabs the first match it finds. You can use INDEX/MATCH arrays to grab nth matches, however thats usually not the best way to handle what I think your asking.
Any time you want to perform a calculation on numbers in a data set that meet some criteria, and return that result instead of each number, you immediately need to get lookups out of your mind. Lookups are text functions, meant to find and return text (yes, yes...they can return numbers too).
Also, depending on what your trying to find...a specific or select few ID's or breaking down all of them, there may be other tools to help. As mentioned by others a pivot table or a regular table/filter could be used to display what you want using the subtotals row. Depending on your version of Excel (if your profile is not correct) you may be able to combine a table with slicers to filter more easily (2013+).
If you could tell us specifically what value correlates information on both sheets we may better be able to help
