Multiplication by if condition if cell not empty

you can see in the attached file in the formula which is in cell M6 multiplication
by cell J6 value & cell L6 value & in cell M7 in formula multiplication by cell K7 value
& cell L7 value,
I want that if in column K any value it means if cell not empty in column K then
multiply by that cell which is in column K , else multiply by value which is in column J,
so give me the solution
