Require last completed dates from a huge data

To simplify the scenario, I have provided an example above.

I have to input the number of times a person ran for the day. I need to know when a person last ran.
The number of people to track is too huge to enter the dates manually.

Position of tables and values have to be fixed, vlookup/hlookup is out of the question.
I have meddled with INDEX-MATCH but couldn't figure it out.

Experts please advise!
