Conditional Formatting for Error Data

Data Entry person key in the Total Invoice amount in COlumn I, Then he key in the breakdown in Column A B and C. Using sumifs in Column H, the difference will be in Column J using simple H-I.

HOwever, is it possible to have conditional formatting in Column A B and C to highlight if there is a difference??

Select A2:C36 and then make a new rule for conditional formatting using the formula given below and set the format as per your choice.

Just wonder, how come i cannot use Sumifs? I tried using Sumifs but unsucccessful
