    From 2007+ to 1997-2003 Excel

    Hi guys, is there anyway someone can explain and also change this formula's into one i can use in 2003 excel? as i am not entirely sure how to..

    I think the main (only??) problem is IFERROR.

    =IFERROR(formula,"")

    has to go. Replace with

    =IF(ISERROR(formula),"",formula)

    Looks like the only thing preventing those formulas from working in XL Pre2007 is the IFERROR function.

    In Pre2007 versions, you had to do this to handle an error like #N/A for example
    =IF(ISERROR(someformula()),"",someformula())

    In 2007+, IFERROR allows us to cut that in half, and only have to do the actual formula once.
    =IFERROR(someformula(),"")


    You'll have to either:
    A) just remove the IFERROR altogether and accept the fact of receiving error values in your cells instead of pretty "" returns.
    or
    B) Double your formulas length by putting the base formula in IF(ISERROR(yourformula),"",yourformula)

    First one and last one seemed to work, but the middle one went wrong with the 3 brackets

    You've entered too few arguments for this function.? the red bracket is where it showed.
