Try the following in B1:
=I2&I3&I4&I5&I6
Increase the range to cover the whole list.
i2=IF(F2="",I1,IF(I1="",F2,I1&","&F2))
Try this and copy towards down
and try below formula in B1
=INDEX(I:I,MATCH("zzzzzzz",I:I))
