Brain Freeze - Cell that has selection items

I'm having a brain freeze. I want to build a cell that has a selection arrow button that when you click the little down arrow, a number of selections come up (such as "oz.", "lb." etc..)

Can someone help me with the term for this so I can search how to build one? Maybe even give me instructions to build one?

did you mean "Data Validation"?

go to Data Tab - Data Validation - Data Validation
in Setting Tab, chose Allow Tab and select List

in Source Tab, you can key in any value you want. example : 10,20,30 (must follow by comma symbol ",")

or in Source Tab, you can chose from a Data Range.
