I would like to change Revision 1 to Rev 1, Revision 2 to Rev 2 and so on and so fort.

Can somebody help me with this?

Use Replace All and change "Revision" to "Rev", no quotes.

I actually meant for example in Cell A1 I have Revision 1. I would like to get Rev 1 in cell let's say C1.

=SUBSTITUTE(A1,"Revision","Rev")
