Excel cross referencing from one sheet to another using drop down box.

I have built a workbook with two sheets, the first sheet being a list of names with qualifications and the second being a "look up" sheet to search for members who have specific qualifications. I can't seem to get the search sheet to work for me and have googled the heck out of it with no luck. Anyone able to help? It doesn't seem to be allowing me to attach the file though.

Attach a sample workbook (not image).

Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate.

Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

    Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.

    JJS241, Good morning.

To attach your file, click the "Go Advanced" button at the bottom of the "Quick Response" window.
On the next screen in the "Additional Options" part, use "Manage Attachments".

    I hope it helps.

Thanks, here is the workbook I am trying to make.

As for what I am trying to do, anything in red will be hidden once complete. The first sheet (Titled "All") is working fine. The Second sheet (Titled "Look up") isn't working. I am trying to get the drop down box to list all the names in the corresponding column, they would be qualified that qualification.

you are welcome. =) take note on your All sheet helper column B46, you might want to drag down the formula from B45. If not, you will realize your Matt name will still show up even if you change to red.

    Cheers
