replacing a pivot that counts months and averages totals

the attached excel file shows in detail the formulas and results I want to replace what the pivot is doing.

In short, the pivot is a simple count of 12 months, then the results returns only the months that have values (looking to replace this with formula in data tab)

then, based on the results of the count, we are averaging the results if they are greater that 2. I want a formula that will be constantly changed. For instance, tf the count results are greater that 6, average these selected months totals.
