Highlighting duplicates as well as another single cell and inputting text
Hi Guys,
I have a problem that i cant get my head around,
I have a sheet containing over 500 names, (column B) some are duplicates which i have managed to highlight using conditional formatting but i also need to highlight another cell on the sheet and if possible if it to input text "NO"
Is this possible or is it too much info to contend with
EG
A B C D E F
000 JOHN SMITH 111 ENGLAND AUSTRALIA BIRTHDAY CARD
001 JOHN SMITH 222 FRANCE JAMAICA "NO" (HIGHLIGHT CELL B2 AND F2)

To attach a file to your post: (Please no pics or screenshots ... saves retyping data.),
- be sure to desensitize the data
- click “Go Advanced” (next to Post Quick Reply – bottom right),
- scroll down until you see “Manage Attachments”, click that,
- click “Browse”.
- select your file(s)
- click “Upload”
- click “Close window”
- click “Submit Reply”
The file name will appear at the bottom of your reply.
