Dependent Dropdown Lists With The Same Name

Hi All - I have a hierarchy of 3 categories and would like to have dependent dropdowns across 3 columns, however, some of the categories have the same name. In the example I attached you can see in tab = Data that "Bridges" is both a Division and Subdivision. I know how to use the INDIRECT function but I cant figure out how to get the list "RC Name" to appear as a dropdown when Subdivsion = Bridges because I already have one created with the same name. Appreciate the help!

Pl see the attached file .
I have created two named ranges BridgesDivision and BridgesSubdivision. Correspondingly for dATA validation formulas used are
=INDIRECT($A$2&"Division")
=INDIRECT($B$2&"Subdivision")
Similarly you can use for other duplicates also.
