Calculate Calendar Days Ahead, but if weekend or holiday result the earliest weekday

Hi there,

I want to calculate a target date for shipping, per our business rule of 60 calendar days from the effective date (not workdays). Cell A1 is my effective date 01/01/2020 (A1-60). However, the day with that calculation falls on Saturday, November 2, 2019. How can i adapt my formula that will see the result, and if that day falls on a weekend or a holiday, it will return the business day (before not after) the target date. Final result should read 11/1/19.

I already have a HOLIDAYS list, and i don't care if this logic needs helper rows/columns because it it just a behind the scenes logic sheet that noone will see but me.
