    Total values in one column based on duplicate copies in another column

    I'm wanting to use a formula (rather than pivot table) that will total values of repeated text as per the green column in my sample spreadsheet. I think it would work with a IF or SUMPRODUCT Formula but not sure excatly how to set the formula out to make it work like I show in the green column.

    I originally tried

    =SUMPRODUCT(($B$2:$B$26=B2)*$C$2:$C$26)

    But this repeats the total on each row rather than just the total on the final row of the repeated text (as shown in the sample)

    Any suggestions would be welcomed. I'm sure it's pretty straight forward when you know how lol

    I see no green column in your file?

    Have you tried using SUMIFS()?

    My bad - I attached the wrong file (duh!)

    Perfect thanks bebo021999 - amazing how much easier and quicker it is to get a solution when I post the correct spreadsheet up.

    Much appreciated and apologies to anyone that wasted their time trying to figure out what I wanted based on the original spreadsheet I posted.
