I am attempting to create a spreadsheet that calculates the shred date of I-9's based on three date columns; hire date, rehire date and termination date. The I-9 forms must be kept three years after the date of hire/rehire, or one year after the date terminated, whichever is later. I want to have a formula that compares all three dates then chooses the correct shred date and shows that date to me.
Thanks for any ideas this one has me stumped.
