HELP with matching data in two different sheets

OK so I have two sheets.

The end goal is to fill column C on sheet 1.

Take cell C3 for example. If A3 = sheet 2 D:D, then populate C3 with the corresponding value in N (sheet 2).

As an example if A3 = Lot 6 Class Res 3 St Type Res Apt, then the value in N13 (sheet 2) would be shown in C3 (sheet 1).

The table on sheet 2 will be filtered/sorted by stage number once I have put values in there which may change around the data in the table.

Any help greatly appreciated.

=VLOOKUP(A3,Sheet2!$D$3:$N$27,11,0)

=INDEX(Sheet2!$N$3:$N$27,MATCH(A3,Sheet2!$D$3:$D$27,0) )
