Calculation of Manpower cost

Greetings Excel Experts, I need help on this simple calculation of manpower cost.

Is there a formula / macro to allow automatic calculation of the manpower cost based on the start and end time of the job i.e. a manual input of start and end time of job in 24hrs format triggering a calculation of the manpower cost?

Show a before and after situation with manually calculated results, explaining which information is data and which is results, and if it's not blindingly obvious how you have arrived at your results some explanatory notes as well.
