Conditional Formatting to Highlight specific Cells Annually
I have a list of over 100 Dates in a column and was wondering, "Is there an easy way to have each cell highlight annually?"
My Sheet has Cell H5:H300 as individual dates and I have Cell A2 set as =Today()
Any Assistance would be appreciated. Thank you!

Could you provide greater detail in as far as exactly what "highlight annually" is supposed to do, and what the criteria is?
Perhaps everything in 2018 in yellow etc.? Or, same date as today but in different years highlighted? Please splain it to us. Need some clarification.

Sure thing! Does this Help?
Cell Values:
Cell H5 is "2/21/14" - Highlight that Cell on 2/21/19 and then again on 2/21/20 and so on
Cell H6 is "1/16/14" - Highlight that Cell on 1/16/19 and then again on 1/16/20 and so on
Cell H7 is "1/15/14" - Highlight that Cell on 1/15/19 and then again on 1/15/20 and so on
