I am not sure what formulas I can use to figure this out. If the "Type" is equal to "Spread", I want sheet 3 to calculate the amount based on the percentage from sheet 2. What I am trying to accomplish is that I would get invoices for tools/parts but I want to "spread" them among all our properties based on their percentage of the total portfolio. i.e. if an invoice is $100, and I want to "Spread" this amount, I want to type the word "spread" in one column to signify to spread this across the board, and lets say building "AB" takes 50% of the total portfolio, I want to bill AB for $50. Any ideas on what formula to use would be great! It seems like I can maybe nest some VLOOKUP or IFS?
