Trying to find a formula/conditional formatting for this issue

Hi guys, i'm pretty new with Excel in general, and i'm trying to apply a solution that would ease the process of this sheet.

I've uploaded the worksheet so that you can see it.
As you can see, the columns C to J have a list of numbers, the highlighted ones are the ones already stated in columns L to P.
What i pretend is that whenever i insert a value on those cells (L to P) the formula will highlight, every EQUAL value on columns C to J.
Any help is welcome guys, thank you so much in advance

Its not clear if you just want l2:p2 or anywhere in those columns

Select c1:j51

conditional formating

new rule

use a formula to determine what cells to format

put
=countif($l$2:$P$2,c1) and format appropriately

or
=countif($l$2:$P$51,c1)

sorry i couldnīt express myself correctly
i want whatever value i insert in l2:p2, l6:p6, l10:p10... and so on to be highlighted in c1:j51.

for some reason your formula isnt working...giving me the "there's a problem with this formula" error.

Few days ago I solved this issue by zetexcel . I downloaded SDK and it provided me best solution

It keeps giving me the error... Saying = or - is only used in formulas...

If you have problems you should say where they are occurring. The attachment shows the formula working as I described in the post. did you follow the instructions?

i'm sorry by the lack of info back there, i believe i was doing something wrong at first (maybe lower case).
but it is solved now, thatnk you alot for the help.
