    Simplifying IF INDEX MATCH Function

    Hi There, I am using the function IF INDEX and MATCH to calculate a sum. The formula goes like this

    The issue I have is I use this formula accross many columns which make the formula gigantic resulting to slow down my excel sheet. The code is as follow

    My question is, is there a way to siplify this code to make it more efficient?

    Please try below AND press Ctrl+Shift+Enter

    =SUMPRODUCT(--(G$5:AC$5="show"),G7:AC7,INDEX(Resources!$H$2:$H$24,N(IF(1,MATCH(Proposal!$G$2:$AC$2,Resources!$C$2:$C$24,0)))))

    =SUMPRODUCT(--(I$5:R$5="show"),I7:R7)
