Hi to all respected exterts. In dashboard sheet i need that if i enter quality name with design no then it should show total of that particular design except rolls given processing. For example:- matelasse design no. 1 total is 2789.50, but this includes roll given on process. But i want my final stock. So i less the total of rolls given on process and the final stock is 2072.50

so please apply a formula that when i enter any quality with its respective design it show me the total, except rools given on process.

Try SUMIFS(stock!F:F;stock!B:B;dashboard!A1;stock!C:C;dashboard!A2;stock!E:E;"") Result is 2072,5

Cell dashboard!A1 = MATLASSE and cell dashboard!A2 = 1.

Thanks a lot for replying me. But feels regret to say that this is showing 0 and when i wrote matlasse in b2 and design no in c2 even after that in d2 was total 0.

Did you adjust the criteria cells in the formula to match up to the cells that actually contain the criteria in your sheet?

The dashboard sheet in your sample file is blank so there is nothing to tell us what the correct criteria cells should be.

Ok fine. This solved my query. There was cell reference problem. Now this is working well.
