SEARCH/LOOK-UP with CRITERIA

Hi everyone

I'm coming back with another issue ...

I'm trying to lookup Vendor for each part number from range in column D (Sheet1) however only these Vendors with PO Number starting with "47xxx" in other words i need to exclude all PO Numbers which does not start with "47xxx"

I used INDEX MATCH formula to find PO Number from range in Sheet1 with criteria from column B, C, E (Sheet2) however I have no clue how to include lookuped PO number (column A Sheet2) as additional criteria into formula to lookup only Vendors with PO number starting with "47"
