Vlookup or Index Match based off a Pivot Table

    Hello,

I am looking for a formula that will look up the department in a pivot table and give me the amount of calls that occurred within that department.

The reason I am looking for this formula is for a report that I am trying to create. This formula will just be one part of a bigger puzzle, so I apologize if this seems like a silly question.

    I attached my workbook.

    Any help is appreciated!
