Formula to Return Each Instance of a Result

Hi folks, another small one that is probably very easy but I'm not sure. Please help

I have a workbook with two tabs. "Daily MI" & "Data"

On the "Daily MI" tab, I have 5 cells A8-A12. In cell A8 I wish it to search column L in "Data" tab and find the first instance of the word "Bulk" then return the corresponding value in Column F. In cell A9, I want it to search the same place and return the second instance, and so on etc

It's not clear how big your ranges are but something like the below might work for you.

    Formula: copy to clipboard

note: I've referenced to row 10000 so modify as required... as intimated if these ranges get {seriously} large the above will get slow... and you should then be looking at using Dynamic Named Ranges.

Thank you, I actually managed it with Index/Match Array Formulas. As per the below. The sheet was designed with the space to have each instance in its own cell, so it worked

I had to create each named range, then use it above.
