If cell has a value then enter cell to the left

I have a row with names and then total for each name and I would like to identify which name had a total of 10000 and enter that in a cell at the end of the row. I've attached a sample sheet and in the row I would like the name 'Norman' to be in K1 as he had 10000 total but I am having problems figuring out a formula for this to happen. Any help is greatly appreciated.

That idea worked great and thanks for your response. You did have an extra bracket at the end of your formula and I needed to add an extra 0 but it doesn't bother me. Thanks again and thanks for the chuckle about the chickens in your signature.
