Help with Tax band calculation - Stacked IFs

I started creating an income tax calculator a while ago and income tax where I am is calculated on different bands, for example the first $14,000 is calculated at 10.5%, the next band is $14,000 - $48,000 calculated at 17.5%, the next band is $48,000 - $70,000 at 30% and the final is anything over $70,000 calculated at 33%.

I started using IF>= but I'm having difficulty with the ranges. The first column shows that the $48k - $70k calculation is not returning a number (which for example should be $600) but is blank. IFs may not be the best function. Please will someone kindly have a look at the attached example and see how I can improve the banding formulas.

Please attach your file instead of using a link to an untrusted web site.

The paper clip icon does not work for attachments. To attach a file, under the text box where you type your reply click the Go Advanced button. On the next screen scroll down and click on Manage Attachments, which will show a pop-up window to Select and Upload a file. Then close the window.

I can't attach - tried two browsers, no adblock and it still won't work which is why I used a Mega link. I can't even attach images.
