    Updating/changing links in Selected Cells

    I have an excel spreadsheet with links to various workbooks


    I would like know how to update or change the links for selected cells only.

    When trying to change links for selected cells, Excel changes all the links



    Your assistance is most appreciated

    Attached please find workbook “Average Sales Data” I would like to amend source link for cells C2:C4 to ‘Sales –Oct 2018 to Sept 2018.xls, without amending any other links


    When I select this range and go to edit links, and change source, then all the other cells which have links are also changed

    Is there a way to any update the source file for certain cells in Excel or an add-in that can do this ?


    It would be appreciated if someone could advise me regarding this

    Maybe try Find/Replace?

    I suggest you, you change the data structure. As per your file lot of blank rows & columns, delete unnecessary blank rows & columns.
    I have attach similarly link file. You are gone through that, accordingly do the needful. Hope this will get more helpful.
