Conditional Formula = Cells copy the color of main cell if same answers

    Hi All,

Attached file Row 11 acts like a calibration form, Persons 1,2 and 3 will answer either Yes or No. If Master says "No" or "Yes" (See examples goal Column 14 and 16), those whose answers are the same as the Master will be Green and answers not similar to the Master will be marked red. How do we use Conditional formating formula for this?

    Thank you!

Highlight all of the cells that can have the yes/no answer. Because there are blank lines in between, you will have to hold down the CTRL key to do this.
The rest of this solution assumes that the most upper-right selected cell will be D11.
Format them to have red fill. This will be the default. (We are going to change the color to green for the ones that match the Master answer.)
    Go to conditional formatting
Add a new rule and select "use a formula..."
    Use the formula

    =D11=$C11

and apply green formatting for this rule.

I have done that in your file, but you'll have to tweak the colors to be the way you want them.
