Days Calculation formula required !!!

I m looking out for a formula to count the number of days and return the exact date in a cell.

For example the first cell I provide today's date 01/02/2019.

The second cell I give number of days to be counted. 2

Then the result I should get is the 04/02/2019.

Can anyone help me out???

Weekends should be excluded in the count.
(Saturday and Sunday)

Try the WORKDAY or the WORKDAY.INTL function

with your example put in:

A1= today() or 01/02/2019
A2 = no of workdays to add

in A3 put this formula

it will assume saterday and sunday as weekend days.
you can also add a list of holidays as third criteria if you also want to skip holidays as non-workdays
