Index Match Hyperlink result from external workbook not loading

Hi guys,


I have a formula which is to return one of three possible conditions and once clicked, then load the relevant hyperlink in a browser.
The formula loads the correct result on the workbook cell for all three conditions but only loads the hyperlink for two of the conditions consistently.


The problematic part of the formula looks at a separate workbook (Stored Links.xlsx) in the network and returns the relevant hyperlink in full from this workbook. This formula works perfectly and loads the hyperlink in the web browser if the Stored Links.xlsx workbook is open. However, if the Stored Links.xlsx workbook is closed, the hyperlink still updates the cell depending on the value in C3 but doesn't load the hyperlink in the web browser when clicking on the cell.

I don't understand why the hyperlink doesn't load on the web browser when the Stored Links.xlsx document is closed even though the formula populates the link correctly regardless if Stored Links.xlsx is open or closed.


I've attached two documents; the full formula on the .txt file and a print screen .png highlighing in red the part of the condition which is not loading the hyperlink on the browser when clicking. Everything else is working as expected.


Any idea why the first and third elements of the formula work and load the hyperlinks and the second doesn't when Stored Links.xlsx is not open?

Ideally, I would like to include something on the formula to fix this without needing to add code in VBA as the file will need to be distributed to other users.
