Can I create a line drawing using cell values?

I have an estimating spreadsheet that has various sizes and dimensions of lumber on it.
I would like to know if anyone has a way that I can create a grid on a new tab with a "1x1" grid and with a fixed start cell, be able to make lines appear on the new tab that represent the lumber sizes.

the image above is a fixed grouping of lines and the numbers are populated by the estimate template.
Problem is if I need a tall panel or a square panel it will never be to scale. I m hoping there is a way to automate the process so I can have scale drawings.

Any ideas?
