    Count Frequency of a number in a column containing multiple numbers

    In my sheet, I have an F column containing multiple code numbers in each cell.

    I want to count the frequency of the codes based on the codes in H

    I have framed an array formula like this =SUM(IF(F2:F840=H2,1,0))
    See screenshot

    But it is returning zero.

    Can anyone help by revising the formula?

    This is really a fantastic solution.

    But how can I extract the Unique Codes from column F?

    I tried (Text 2 Column > Copy Paste Columns one below another > Remove Duplicates.)

    Is there any formula or macro shortcut?
