    New formula on c1 to locate which is new , if it does that correctly then it should plug those as comment NEW

    If Truck no which appears on B and as well as A , leave cell Blank otherwise comment NEW

    If I'm understanding your locations, maybe this...? =IF(IFERROR(VLOOKUP(A1,$B$1:$B$13,1,FALSE),"")="","","New")
