Remove a custom toolbar permanently

I have a custom toolbar from some third party software that i uninstalled but the custom toolbar in excell still shows the toolbar even after i delete it When i turn on the computer the next day the custom toolbar is back How do i delete the toolbar for good Please help Thanks

Did you reset "Customize the Ribbon"?

Okay i figured it out
